Willow Grove/Balto\'s secret spot

This is a spot where Balto found on a stroll around the lake. No one goes here now...
The lake shore and banks are dotted with reeds, swaying in the gently breeze. Fish weave in and out of the reeds in the shore shallows, jumping out to catch the odd passing fire fly that flit around the water at night. They cast a light, that washes everything in a contented glow, and hum a small tune as the go. The willow trees hang low, their leaf strands trailing in the water. Their boughs are low, storng and firm, perfect for climbing. The long, sweet smelling grass is weaved in with the thick heavy scent and pretty blues of wild flowers, daisies dotted amoung them.

I sat down with Balto, looking at the beautiful lakeside that casted a pale glimmer from the moon. I sighed, "This is beautiful.."

NRR: sorry! heh...
I sat down next to her, watching the water ripple.

"It's pretty.. Balto. You picked a good spot." I look towards him, my eyes a pale and serene blue.

I watched the fireflies flit in and outof the reeds, and trailed a paw in the water. It really was a paw now, the phermonoes kicking in. I whines and looked up at the stars again, watching them pulse with light. I felt so peaceful here, as if nothing mattered...
Turning towards Jamie, I noticed that the moons glow made her skin flawless, sheer white, her eyes peircing. I stroked her cheek with my paw and whined low... turning my attention back to the flies once more

"Want me to change, Balto? I don't mind.." I asked, pointing at my necklace.

I grunted. "words... become a bit hard later on, but its fine! make the... most of it while you can, so either way goes for me, although... I think you look great just the way you are" I flashed her a toothy smile and stretched out, placing my paw back into the water. I tried to catch a fish with me paw, sneezing as spray went up my nose, watching it dart off.

I smiled and quickly caught a dozing fish, probably an adult, if fish can be classified as that. I handed it to him, "Want it?"

I sniffed it, and licked its body, cringing away instanly...
"heh, il pass on that one! smells like bad cat breath, but skilz eh?"
I smiled and sat up crossed legged, tail swishing from side to side.
"hey, dont know about you, but ima going in..." I ripped the ends off my trousers and dived into the inky black water, the freezing temperature knocking the breath from my lungs.

"Hmm.." I smiled, and jumped in the water. It chilled me to the bone, and I loved it. Nobody knew we were here; people could swim in the water, and nobody patrolled around.

I pulled her leg under the water, dragging her down, and then bobbed up like a duck, climbing out and uping one of the torn trouser legs to dry my bare chest... god it was cold... I smiled and lifted jamie out of the water, handing her one of the torn bits of fabric."Here, its late, and im tired... let me walk you home, yeah?"

"'Kay.." I sighed, dragging myself out of the water. That sure woke me up. I squeezed my damp clothes, trying to make them dryer. I asked, "So.." I wasn't that great at starting a conversation.

"Its suprising how much freezing water can guide youto think clearly eh?"
I stood up and shook my head, droplets spraying out of my hair. Flinging the fabric behind my neck I leaned against a willow trunk and sighed. Smiling whilst I watched a firefly dart in and out of the tree branches.

"I'm gonna go hwad home, I guess. Wanna come?" I motioned him to follow me as we headed to the apartments.

I stretched, stood up and walked towards the apartments, running ot catch up.

I sighed and skimmed a flat stone across the lake. I was sat up on a high bough of the oldest and thickest willow tree. I laj on my stomach and closed my eyes.
Maybe I should try cliff scaling, or wait here till something super natural occurs, or- or- or become a nerd... I ran my hand through my hair and kicked off my shoes. Standing up and steadying myself with another branch, and began to climb up to the top of the tree, the wind ruffling my honey hair.

Onw of Jamie's shoes were laying in a patch of grass, left from a few nights before.

I reached the top and sat down in a convinient fork in one of the highest brances. From here I could almost see the whole area... the apartments... the shops, school! Everything. I stared down into the river, catching sight of one of jamies shoes lying on the dewy grass. Biting my tongue, I threw a stone down, hitting the shoe so it flipped into the lake. There, its gone, like she has... I growled to myself and turned back to watching the ducks on the center of the lake.
I mean, it would be fine if she would talk to me, or smile, or say bye....

The shoe floated a bit in the water, and then sunk deep to the bottom.

I noticed that my ears and tail had receded again... Back to normal Balto...
Grabbing the branch and swinging from it, I dropped to the ground from 15feet in the air. Brushing the moss off my trousers, i started to walk back to the apartments, just as the sun started to set.

My blue/green eyes travel over the beautiful view in front of me. I am a newcomer, not quite sure of where I am. My white fur ruffles in the cool breeze and my legs begin taking small steps toward a group of werewolf girls sitting by the water.
