This is where I post all the accepted forms. After being accepted, you may Roleplay as you wish.

Name: Arrow
Age(or Ageless): Ageless, uses her form about once a week.
Gender: Female
Descriptive Appearance: In her Were form, she has dark, muddy brown fur with a tawny underbelly, which stretches to her tail. In this state, she isn't very brawny, but quick and agile. There are some black splotches around her body, as well as some white. Her claws are giant, and are pitch black. Very fast, and can barely make a sound.
Powers/Abilities?: She can climb on any surface with her enormous claws, whether it's straight up, or rocky.
Do you walk on 2 or 4 legs?: 2 legs.
Eye Color: The same blue as a human, only it sometimes changes to a light, clear blue.
History: Same as below.
Personality: In this stage, Arrow is calm and focused. She doesn't really make as many jokes as before, but still maintains a carefree attitude. She can be a bit judgemental and overprotective to others, and judges most on a good first impression.

First & Last Name: Jamie Elizabeth Calamino
Age: Ageless, although she would be 13, if not for the agelessness of a Werewolf.
Gender: Female
Skin Color/Heritage: Usually pale skin, Irish heritage. When it's summer, her skin is noticibly tanner.
Hair Color: Golden blonde, with brown highlights. She has a "layered" look. Barely puts her hair in a ponytail, and likes to keep it down.
Eye Color: A dark, sparkling blue.
Clothes: Her top is usually a silver shot-sleeved shirt, with light blue sparkling lines with different widths going diagonally down the shirt. She has trademark blue jeans that have worn knees. Usually, she goes barefoot, but around school she wears white checkered skateboard shoes.
Personality(or, if same as Werewolf Form, write 'same as above'): Jamie is a funny, carefree Californian girl who doesn't mind getting wet. Around school, she is very popular and is known for her laidback attitude. Despite this carefree momentum, she is very good in school and is a straight-A student. She isn't very athletic, but nobody notices, anyway.
History(or Life Story): Jamie was born in Santa Cruz, California. At age 7, her parents moved her to the small town of Rutdoc, Connecticut, for "educational reasons". She soon became the smartest person in her elementary school, and is on the Honor Role in her middle school. Her dad is a Werewolf, and her mom is a human whom her father was imprinted with, which made her. She discovered this at age 12, the normal time when Werewolf parents break the news. She didn't really mind, and found it as an advantage. Her father teaches her about the Werewolf ways, and her mother keeps her feet on the earth, making sure she doesn't sniff the person next to her.

Name: Frostfire (Frost)
Age(or Ageless): Ageless, uses wolf form almost every day
Gender: female
Descriptive Appearance: Cream with Chocolate brown legs. Frost colored star shape on her forhead. In between medium and large wolf. normal claws
Powers/Abilities?: Can turn invisable (since her color stands out so much) and a bit of a mind reader
Do you walk on 2 or 4 legs?: mostly 4
Eye Color: Vibrant green, but will turn sea foam green at times
History: look at human history
Personality: As a wolf, she is semi-friendly, but also a bit timid.

Human Form-
First & Last Name: Kathrine (Kat) Hinde
Age: 13 (if she wasnt ageless, she looks 13 even though she stopped aging at 12)(when she turned)
Gender: female
Skin Color/Heritage: White Finnish heritage. Semi-tan
Hair Color: Blond with natural red highlights, only brushes it in the morning
Eye Color: shifts between blue and green
Clothes: Baggy tie-die t-shirt that almost reaches her knees, sometimes will be pulled into a ponytail thing. Cargo jeans are her favorite. Often barefoot but wears worn out black and neon green sneekers otherwise. Striped wrist warmers are also added once in awhile.
Personality(or, if same as Werewolf Form, write 'same as above'): a tad shy but often sweet to her friends. She is mainly an outcast at school. A's and B's are usual for her. She seems to avoid much contact with others. She has been gossiped about since she moved to the town. She is often seen doing a light headband to unheard music. Some think she is a wierdo and she proudly takes to it.
History(or Life Story): Born in Pennsylvania, she was a normal kid. But in the summer before 6th grade, she was bitten by a werewolf. Her parents took shame in her. Soon, she was trying to be taken by part of the council. Before she did anything, she told her best friend Kayla what she had turned into. She took it lightly and Kat told her that she would come back. Kat has been running from many since, just avoiding them. She finally made it to a town called Rutdoc, it was teaming with others. She knew she could hide there easily for now at least.

History(or Life Story): No mother or father. Lives by self, because of werewolf, she can understand dogs and intends to liek them more

Name: Balto (same as other form)
Age(or Ageless): 15 in human years. Belongs to a party of wolves that age until they reach their mid twenties, upon which they stop and become ageless.
Gender: Male
Descriptive Appearance: He has a mid legnth, shaggy coat, very similar to his hair colour. The tips of his ears are a dusty brown, as are his paws and tail. he is a slight wolf, not looking very muscular at all, but despite his lack of strength, he is a very speedy wolf. H still wears his necklace (more about that in the human clothes bit) but his clothes do "poof" when he transforms.
Powers/Abilities?: Charm Pheromones. He can use his aura to charm any wild creatre, or human he wishes. Wolves and werewolves pheromones are a total different structure, so he is in no power to affect them, even in human form.
Do you walk on 2 or 4 legs?: baltos family are able to walk on both, but their prefered stance is four legs. It feels more natural.
Eye Color: His eyes also stay the same, apart from the pupils changing to a more visable purple tint.
History: he was born into a family of 6, father, mother and 4 children. The father was a werewolf, and his genes passed down to two of these children, Balto and his younger sister Larka. Their whole family are aware of this, because due to the party of wolves they belong to, both wolves were born as puppies, not humans. Ater two days they returned to thier human state, but this meant that they all had to be home births. His father then graduated as a doctor, and set up a private clinic. They grew up and both wolven children were introduced into the party of wolves campaining for peace between humans and werewolves. here Balto and his sister trained and became fully fledged warriors of this art. They both attend the local schools, but Larka is still in middle school! Both share the passion to remain going to school, work, and living as humans as do the whole party that they belong to. It is belived that a day will come where this can happen, but neither Larka nor Balto really belive in this rumor.
Personality: He is very laid back and go with the flow. he is fine fitting in with humans in day to day life, and enjoys it while he can. he knows that soon he will become ageless, and hates that fact. he certainly plays the fool, and the flirt. many laidies love him just for his looks, and charm. Even in wolf form, he is more puppy than mean wild wolf, so humans are attracted to him in this way too. He wishes that humans and werewolves just got along better, instead of fighting.
Imprinted/Mate: Still waiting to imprint,hates the fact that he may fall for someone. He would prefer to keep it cool in relationships.

First & Last Name: Balto Sorah (same as other form)
Age: 15 in human years. Belongs to a party of wolves that age until they reach their mid twenties, upon which they stop and become ageless.
Gender: Male
Skin Color/Heritage: Very slightly tanned, but compared to others he is pale, for this matches his hair colour and eyes. He has french blood in him, but speaks hardly any of the launguage, and is English in mind and tounge.
Hair Color: honey blonde and ruffled. Cut mid legnth. It hangs over his eyes, very popular with the ladies at his local high School, and balto likes to be a tease! ((HES MY AVATAR!!))
Eye Color: Peircing emerald, with blue flecks. they have a very soft look to them, and many refer to them as 'puppy-dawgs'!! His pupils are deep purple, but this is hardly noticable. It is another one of his family's party of werewolves.
Clothes: bbaggy jeans and loose shirts are mostly his wardrobe! Hhe prefers the casual look. He wears a little iron cross on a twine string around his neck. This is a pun that he holds with his mates, for they know that iron crosses cannot harm werewolves, unless hit by one, where upon it becomes just another solid weapon. About the same as if hit by a iron bar, or steel rod!
